Hello my name is Sondra Ketchum Failla. I’m the Chef and part owner of West Texas Italian Delicacies. I am filled with gratitude to be able to bring a taste of Sicily to West Texas.  We are so excited to feed folks and live our dream!

We source meats and cheeses from Italy and New York City where old world craftsmanship has been passed down for generations.  Our spare rib flatbeard, Italian meatball sandwich and other beef menu items are prepared with local ranch to table beef.  Quality in sourcing is a passion for our team.

Pride swells for all of us at the deli when serving our many homemade Italian desserts and breads.  This is where Italian delicacies, our name sake, is truly experienced.  It is our joy to serve our artisan delicacies both savory and sweet to our beloved home town.
